3 Days Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga Sahara Desert

After breakfast in your hotel/Riad, we will start the first day of our desert tour from Marrakech, driving through the High Atlas Mountains where we will pass by the famous Tizi n'Tichka pass and many traditional Berber villages. Then we will reach Ksar Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO world heritage site, considered centuries ago as a passage point for commercial caravans between Sub-Saharan Africa and Marrakech. At the present time it’s a destination for international movies shootings such as Gladiator, Prince of Persia, Lawrence of Arabia, game of thrones season 3 and more others. After lunch we will continue our road passing by Ouarzazate, Skoura valley and Rose valley where you will have a small break, before we reach Dades Valley where you will spend your first night.

After breakfast in your Riad/Kasbah we will start the second day of our Morocco desert tour from Marrakech to Fes with natural scenery of red rocks above the road before arriving to Todgha Gorges where you will enjoy walking between the mountains and next to the river. After lunch we will continue our road passing by many oasis, palm trees and Berber villages before arriving to Merzouga Sahara desert where you will ride your camel to the camp for an overnight in a Berber tent in the middle of the Erg Chebbi Sahara dunes.

The last day of the 3 days desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga will be driving back to Marrakech. In this day you will wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga Sahara. After breakfast we will start our day driving toward Marrakech passing by many Berber Villages such as Alnif, Nkob, Agdez, and we will stop for lunch break, before reaching Ouarzazate. From Ouarzazate we will drive directly to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas Mountains in Tizi n'Tichka pass, and drop you in your Hotel/Riad, hoping you enjoy your Morocco desert tour package.
